Against all odds, Cardiff were victorious on the road in their last game. However, they are still going to be very reliant on a strong finish to their home campaign, with Cardiff seeing two-thirds of their PL wins so far come at home. However, they have lost eight of nine here against teams that entered the weekend in the top half.
Indeed, Cardiff have lost all of their ten matches played against the table’s current top-six so far, with a combined aggregate score of 7-31 against them. That equates to 3.1 goals conceded on average per match, and they’ve also shipped 4+ goals in four of those matches.
