The match against Melaka tonight is very important for us. It is because if we win the match, it will be our sixth consecutive year as Malaysia Super League champions.
I am very happy with the performances of my team-mates throughout the season. We have proven that we deserve to play in a tournament as prestigious as the ACL and compete with great teams.
Although we have had a hectic schedule this season, all the facilities and amenities available at Johor Darul Ta’zim FC (JDT) has helped us a lot in terms of recovery and fitness level.
Like we always say, we will give a 120% commitment to every match. All teams want to beat us, which is why we cannot be too complacent.
