After victory in the north London derby last weekend, and a good point away at Old Trafford midweek, Arsenal return to the Emirates Stadium looking to stretch their unbeaten run to an astonishing 21 competitive matches (W15, D5). They have already managed to score 50 goals in their 22 games across all competitions this season.
With a scoring record like that, it will not come as a surprise to know that ten of Arsenal’s 15 wins across all competitions have been by a margin of two or more goals. Surprisingly though, the ‘Gunners’ are yet to be leading at half-time in any of their 15 Premier League (PL) matches this season.
Opponents Huddersfield remain a point above the relegation zone as they look for their first victory away at Arsenal since November 1954! After going on a run of three games without defeat, their mini-resurgence was halted with back-to-back defeats against Brighton at home, as well as Bournemouth in their last away outing.
